LEBRINA in New Town, where Scott Minervini cooks, was named the top restaurant in Tasmania on Monday night by Australian Gourmet Traveller 2009 Restaurant Guide.
The top 10 Tasmanian restaurants were, in order, Lebrina, Smolt, Piccalilly and Marque IV in Hobart; Stillwater in Launceston; Meadowbank at Cambridge; Angasi at Binalong Bay on the East Coast; Daniel Alps at Strathlynn at Rosevears on the Tamar; Luck’s in Launceston and the Source at Moorilla, Hobart.
