Yes - the results are back!
Remember I told you 2 weeks ago about my conversation with that champion lovely young Apprentice Chef from Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney? Sue?
She went to Japan along with all the other toppest Australian trade apprentices to compete in the world championships - the trade equivalent of the Trades Olympics.
Well - Sue achieved a Bronze medal in Cookery. That makes her the third best Apprentice Chef in the world. Bloody amazing by anyones standards.
Congratulations Sue. I hope Four Seasons knows what a gem they have in you!
