Work took me out to the Moonah area today round lunch time, and I happened to notice the sign for the above business as I drove through the main block of Moonah - so, full of curiosity, I drove into a parking spot and went to check.
There I found the most delightful and friendly Lebanese woman, named Nadia. She was lovely, and fired me with enthusiasm for tasting and buying much of the products displayed in her bains.
She and her husband and child have been here in Tassie, and running their business for about 2 months. The premises is extremely clean, crisp and hygienic. The bain has a colourful array of appetising-looking hot Lebanese food, like Chicken Curry, Falefel, Kibbe, Mjadra and onion, Tajen Tuna and various rices, as well as your usual hummus, tabbouli, baklava etc. - all made by Nadia.
As it's predominantly a takeaway, the prices are cheap. When I couldn't make up my mind which wet dish I would buy, she gave me a sample of each to help me decide - a very wise move, as I was veering towards the Tuna till I tried the Chicken Curry - which was beautiful. I ended up with the Chicken Curry.
She has a special offer of your choice of a hot dish, rice, a kibbe, a falafel and can of anything (Coke, Fanta etc) for $10 the lot. Excellent value.
The tabbouli looked yummy, as did some of the other items on display all ready to cook up when ordered, like what she called a Meat Roll ($8) which comes including hummus, tabbouli and salad. She had the meat already on the skewer, and if you ordered that, I suspect it would be a tasty, filling lunch or dinner - certainly healthy.
So - it's at 67 Main Road, Moonah. Why not give it a go?

I really like this place, it's the sort of family place we don't get a lot of in Tasmania. Plus heaps of veg. options.
Another quality addition to the Moonah area, looks like my prediction of Moonah over-taking 'Nth Hobart' was on the money.
Looks like we are now spoilt for choice when in the Moonah area! (Salt, Split (my personal must-do) and now Lebanese food too). Pity it is so far from South Hobart :(
