APOLOGIES IN ADVANCE

...if anything goes wrong....

This week sees the change in this blogsite. Currently the data from both the Rita's Bite website and Hobart Food for thought blogsite are being amalgamated. The website has been closed off. A test site is being established to test that all the data won't be lost when we move it all together.

The new site will be called Rita's Bite. You will still be able to reach it the same way you do now, so don't panic.

The site will have a totally new look, and will encompass everything both sites have previously done.

If you have any questions, please pop them on this post, or email me privately through this site.

Fingers crossed...........

That's what I like to see - CONFIDENCE!

Will the RSS feed that I am currently using (for this address), continue working?

I'll be able to figure it out the second that the new site is launched, but it may be worth advising anyone who gets the RSS feed to update their link, so not to miss out.

The address (URL) is not changing (at least initially) Kris so there will be no problem.

At some stage in the future the URL will become www.ritasbite.com but the witch doctors at blogger have studied the entrails and assure us that they will continue to map the existing blogger address to the new URL and it should all happen seamlessly.

One thing that people may notice when Rita swaps over is that some of the stuff in the right hand sidebar may vanish (at least for a day or two).

This should not impede the cut and thrust of discussion which is the heart of this fine blog.

There are still a couple of styling issues that need to be resolved. If you notice anything odd about the way the new look site operates please let me know.
