We love Ebb. The food is divine and the host and hostess easy going and fun. The views are brilliant and the wine list is beautifully Tasmanian.

The modern Australian cuisine at this eating establishment would not be out of place in cosmopolition Sydney, yet is found in sleepy Swansea!

The prices are very reasonable and the menu choices would suit every taste!!!!

Thank you to Darren & Danniele.

My sister and her family live in Swansea and Ebb is her favourite restaurant, so when it was time to go out for lunch a few days before I was due to come home (mid-May) - Ebb got our vote hands down.
Not having eaten there before, I chose the Veal backstrap with Huon mushroom sauce on a bed of smashed crispy potatoes and the Pecan Brownie. It was nothing short of gastronomic heaven!!!
The service was also fantastic and the views are just to-die-for.
I cannot wait for my next holiday to Swansea nor my next visit to Ebb.

My partner & I visited Swansea last week & dined at Ebb on Tuesday night (19th August), and we’re both agreed it was one of the best meals we’ve had - anywhere! Food was just to die for, wines were great & service was excellent, warm & friendly.
We’d highly recommend Ebb to everyone visiting Swansea - if we lived in the area it would definitely be our regular dining-out spot. Can’t wait to revisit!

As always all I have been listening to this week is Hoo Haa about the Gourmet travs top 10 restaurants. So I thought this year I would do them for myself. Just finished top four and on my way to Angassi. But! stayed the night in Swansea and the Banc was closed so we had dinner @ Ebb, what the hell it was better than two of the top four already. I was very suprised that this place didnt even get a mention at all. Anyway on the way home we are going to have lunch there and catch the view. I will let you know my findings on all 10 soon.
