Hopefully this is now out of date. Went to Anatolia last year. One person was held up in the old ’traffic jam on the Midlands Highway’. We told the waiter this and asked if we could have a bit of a break between entree and main. "Fine" was the answer. Entree arrived 3 minutes later and main course about 2 minutes after that. Generously it was a misunderstanding.
