Unfortunately I don't know. If he wants to come out of the closet. that's up to him, but I honestly don't have a clue!

I'm happy to give you the link to the site now Zelda, but I'd blush in shame. Some of the data transferred across but it's all in unformatted form, and many links didn't come across. There are also many inconsistencies, and unfinished items - like Cartouche sent me the photos but only one recipe as yet.

I have written up two interviews with interesting hospitality people but yet to get their photos. That kind of thing needs doing.

It takes time, and with Xmas preps and full time work, it's been really hard for me to get the website up and running to my satisfaction.

It's on my son-in-laws domain currently, so if you really want to peek at it, email me through the Email Rita facility on the blog, and I'll send it to you to critique for me, as well!

Anon - re the mint leaves - sorry - I have no control over the leaves! If Cartouche garnishes his desserts with mint, they must require it!

Hi Tassiegal - haven't heard from you for ages. Your inner copy editor should be by my side here - helping!

Kzee - not sure - I myself love mint - I have pots of it on my deck and generally add it to nearly everything remotely desserty or summery!

Hi Rita
Tassiegal = Zelda
I'm having an account identity crisis, in that I am trying to set up a accessible to all blog for food nattering, but it kinda subverted my attempts...

BTW if you want someone to copy edit I can ask my mate in the UK if she wants a break from medical editing....

Ha ha, some times its mint leaf sometimes its Borage or Nisturtion, look you work with what you have to hand, can't say more... except that that crepe is gluten free.
Sorry Rita, the recipes will be posted within the next 24, the weekend and lead up to Christmas have been kind of hectic.

It's OK Cartouche. I'm with you re the time/Xmas constraints. I'm exceedingly grateful that you went to the amount of trouble you did already. Whenever you get to it is fine.

Zelda - you dag! Thanks for the offers. If I truly knew what I was doing I'd probably be able to take you up on your offer of assistance!
