Oh - I just realised you probably meant the 'grass clippings' round the edge of the crayfish plate at Old Cable Station! From memory it was chopped Italian parsley, or maybe chives. No - they definitely weren't trying to hide fingerprints. It's too upmarket for that.

Sounds like a great place and concept, but why the grass clippings around the edge of the plate? Where they trying to hide fingerprints?
