Come on down - Jack and Louisa....

...and finally, to round up this week, let me welcome home to the real world, my newest grandchildren Jack and Louisa. You will remember Rita announced their very premature arrival on 9th October. They have at long last been allowed home from hospital this week. We are so glad to have these kids home. Rita has touched them, and cuddled them, and is now happy to be training them in the finer arts of cooking and recipe reading!

Thanks all, for your good wishes and thoughts. They are the sweetest little things at the moment, and demonstrating all those fine attributes which make me see how things will be in 30 years time, with their partners! Jack screams like a banshee when hungry - a true male! Louisa seems like a prim and proper young lady.
I don't see the status quo changing too much in the interim.
