I wanted to tell you about a gorgeous experience we had at Dede’s in North Hobart the other night. Vanidols was booked out(like usual) so we went to Dede’s and were blown away by the fabulous service. One amazingly efficient waitress manned the entire room, which was pretty much full, by herself. There were no delays and she looked after everyone perfectly. When Nick went to pay the bill at the bar he saw a little photo of Graeme Phillips which had been cut out of the paper stuck to the cash register - obviously so the staff knew to treat him especially well!! I just thought it was great that a small unassuming place like that is so focussed on customer service.
